Focus on diversity and inclusion reached new levels in 2020, but many enterprises are just getting started. In this session, enterprise IT leaders and diversity advocates will look at how diversity and inclusion initiatives are evolving, discuss best practices for developing an inclusivity-first workplace culture, and share tips on having open and honest conversations around diversity and inclusion within IT and across the enterprise, respectful of all genders, races, ethnicities, religious affiliations, neurodiversity, sexual orientations, gender identities, and abilities.
