As the Director for User Experience and Organizational Change Management at Johnson & Johnson, Mark leads all UX and OCM activities for the End User Services group which includes all major productivity, collaboration and end user computing technologies provided across the digital workplace. In his role Mark is focused on driving business outcomes and value for the organization across their portfolio of Digital Workplace tools. His team carries out UX studies and transforms these insights into change and communication approaches to enable a seamless transition and introduction of End User technologies across the organization.
Throughout Mark’s 30+ year career he has a track record of developing new and innovative approaches to driving technology change with a high degree of empathy to those who are using these solutions, to ensure they met the needs and outcomes of each situation. Prior to J&J, Mark worked for Coca-Cola Enterprises where he initiated many of their digital and commerce solutions across Europe.
Mark’s expertise and experience brings a very different dimension to UC, Collaboration and the wider digital workplace, where he brings needs, data and insights together to deliver personalized and targeted communications across each users change journey, to ensure a more successful engagement and experience for those who use these digital workplace solutions.
Mark has a BA in Urban Planning & Management and an MBA from the University of Nottingham in the UK.
